Cooking in the Time of Coronavirus - Podcast Episode 5

    Cooking at Flavor of Italy

Cooking in the Time of Coronavirus - Episode 5 discusses the changes we have made in our style of cooking since “shelter in place” went into effect. People are gravitating towards comfort foods and at the same time are getting more creative with pantry cooking: putting together ingredients they have on hand. In today’s episode we discuss Cooking in the Time of Coronavirus and share a few of our favorite recipes with you.

Life under lockdown and tips on how to survive it was the topic of the Flavor of Italy Podcast Episode 2. Some of the tips are about cooking while you "shelter in place" and Sam Sifton from NYTimes Cooking has great recipes and ideas including his article "There's No Need for Recipes Now".

A lusciously indulgent sweet comfort food treat are these Banana Nutella Muffins. They're made with Nutella, the ultimate in chocolatey comfort foods.

My top savory comfort food is 'Nduja Spaghetti with Slivered Zucchini and Arugula.
