My professional path has been multifaceted and varied and I've reinvented myself a few times over! I started off as a vice president in international banking then segued into a baby products company owned and founded by me.
My true passion is Italy and Italian food. Most of my Italian cooking and food knowledge comes from my mother-in-law who was a brilliant cook. I refined my culinary skills through courses at Rome's Città del Gusto - Gambero Rosso cooking school, and the Roman Cooking School in Anguillara north of Rome.
