    Palma Street Art

Palma, Mallorca has a rich and vibrant street art scene that's well worth exploring when you visit Palma. You'll come upon Palma street art as you stroll through the city, particularly in the historic center.

One of my favorites, on Calle de Can Espanyol 5, is by ZON:

Another of my favorites by ZON is on Calle de Rubí 16, Palma Mallorca...

If you'd like to focus on Palma street art while you're visiting you might want to use this street art map that www.palmajove.es has produced, which is quite comprehensive.

The blog, Estilo Palma, is a Mallorcan magazine that features a lot of Palma's better known street art, along with locations. Another blog that features street art and is worth a look is the Porta Mallorquina blog.

Additionally, there is an instagrammer who focuses on street art: @streetart_mallorca.

As you roam around Palma you'll find absolutely hundreds of examples of great street art. Some of the better known, prolific street artists you'll want to keep an eye out for (and where you'll find them on Instagram) are SOMA (@somamarc), ZON (@zonarturba), EMEA (@em_ea), SATH (@sath2), Grip Face (@gripfac3) and Joan Aguiló (@joan_aguilo).

This is the only work I ran across by street artist, Inkterrorist. It's on Carrer de la Pietat, 1, Palma Mallorca.

Heading on foot from city center to the Joan Miró gallery you'll come upon Avenida de Joan Miró, 33 and some of SOMA's incredible street art:

Also along the way on Calle Robert Graves, are more works by SOMA:

In the Santa Catalina area on Carrer de Soller, right near the market, is a simple and whimsical work by Joan Aguiló:

Sometimes restaurants use street art to decorate the facade of their venues. Kathi Roll Factory, Indian restaurant, Calle de Sant Magí 14, Palma Mallorca, street art facade:
