    White Chocolate with Dried Fruit & Nuts

    White Chocolate with Dried Fruit & Nuts is so easy to make:

    White Chocolate with dried fruits and nuts

    A guest brought this to a party at our home: white chocolate with pistachios and dried fruits. Tasty and gorgeous!

    So easy to make:

    Melt 300 grams of white chocolate over double boiler, then use a metal spatula to spread thinly on oven paper.

    Press the dried fruits and nuts into the chocolate as it cools. Once cool break into portion-sized pieces.

    I'm a dark chocolate lover so I also make this treat with dark chocolate but visually the white chocolate steals the show.
