For decades Flavor of Italy has been offering cooking classes in it’s Rome-based cooking school for individuals, groups, families, semi-professionals, businesses and students who would like to further their knowledge of Italian cooking, its techniques, recipes and culinary tradition.

We’re currently scheduling classes in the Washington DC area, and Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, for late September and early October!
In a nutshell, here’s how the classes work:
Classes are for eight to twelve participants. You, as the class host, participate free of charge. You’ll be responsible for putting together a group of participants and we’ll do all the rest!
Classes are completely hands on; in other words everyone will get involved in the food preparation. Classes last about four hours and following the class, recipes are provided to all participants in PDF format.
