Host a Flavor of Italy cooking class at your home or business

    corzetti pasta

For decades Flavor of Italy has been offering cooking classes in it's Rome-based cooking school for individuals, groups, families, semi-professionals, businesses and students who would like to further their knowledge of Italian cooking, its techniques, recipes and culinary tradition.
Now we also bring our culinary programs to you. If you'd like to host a class please contact us at: wendy@flavorofitaly.com.

We're currently scheduling classes in the Washington DC area, and Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, for late September and early October!
In a nutshell, here's how the classes work:
Classes are for eight to twelve participants. You, as the class host, participate free of charge. You'll be responsible for putting together a group of participants and we'll do all the rest!

Classes are completely hands on; in other words everyone will get involved in the food preparation. Classes last about four hours and following the class, recipes are provided to all participants in PDF format.

We make recipes that use fresh, seasonal ingredients:

Pumpkin Gorgonzola Risotto is the perfect blend of flavors for a creamy and delicious risotto

The class focuses on local cuisine, recipes that date back decades and sometimes centuries. A Roman favorite is pasta alla carbonara:

    Rigatoni alla carbonara
