Italian Cooking Classes

Come cook with us, alone or in a group!
Our Italian cooking classes usually start with a market tour that lets you to get a feel for what is local and seasonal, and what kinds of ingredients Italians use in their cooking. At the market you’ll see fresh fruits and vegetables, seafood, meats, cheeses, pasta and breads. We’ll purchase the ingredients needed for the class and then head back to Flavor of Italy to cook.

We also offer cooking classes in your home, wherever it is that you live! Contact us for further details! flavorofitaly@gmail.com

NOTE: We are hosting classes in  Pittsburgh Pennsylvania and the Washington DC area  in September and October 2019. Please contact me if you are interested!

All classes, whatever the format or theme you have chosen, are hands on. Some of our more successful classes are listed below. Classes are one day or longer. Contact us to custom design a cooking class of your own!
